Job summary

Michael Page seeks an Export Operations Executive for its Global Shared Services hub in Malaysia. You will manage export orders, coordinate with logistics providers, and prepare export documentation to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.

The role offers regional exposure, collaboration with international stakeholders, and career growth within a multinational shared services environment. Hybrid work is available with shift hours of 10:00–19:00 or 13:00–22:00 Malaysia time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or order management.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, HS Codes, and international trade processes.
• Familiarity with export documentation (BL, SWB, COO, COA, MSDS, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List).
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working shift hours such as 10:00am-7:00pm and 1:00pm-10:00pm Malaysia time with hybrid working arrangements (3 days office, 2 days working from home).

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor export orders to ensure timely execution and delivery
• Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and review export-related documentation
• Resolve shipment and order-related issues to maintain service excellence
• Perform order processing activities in SAP/ERP systems
• Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Regional exposure supporting global customers and stakeholders
