Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an seasoned Regional Order Management Manager to lead a 30-40 member team across Europe. You will oversee end-to-end order management from entry to delivery and drive service excellence.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, experience in shared services or multinational settings, and familiarity with SAP. Hybrid work with European hours is offered, plus career development in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Customer Service Operations, or Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Experience leading large operational teams, including Team Leaders or people managers.
• Background in a Shared Services, GBS, or multinational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience establishing new teams, supporting service migrations, and leading knowledge transfer activities will be highly advantageous.
• Exposure to continuous improvement, process optimization, Lean, automation, or transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Willingness to support European business hours (approximately 3pm to 12am) in a hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 30-40 professionals through multiple Team Leaders.
• Oversee end-to-end Order Management activities, from order entry to delivery coordination.
• Drive service excellence through KPI management and operational performance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as the escalation point for complex customer and operational issues.
• Champion process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
• Support business transformation projects and continuous improvement programs.
• Foster a high-performing and customer-focused team culture.
