Job summary

We seek a capable logistics professional to manage order processing, customs declarations, port monitoring, and billing support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and timely execution.

The role involves verifying customer instructions, registering jobs in Meridian, and maintaining records while ensuring compliance with import/export

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain or logistics management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of freight forwarding experience, preferably export.
• Ability to multitask and stay late if needed, work with team leads.

Responsibilities

• Order processing and job creation, ensuring accuracy of data.
• Receive, verify, and document customer shipping instructions.
• Open and register jobs in the Meridian system and maintain records.
• Handle customs declarations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor port container movements and coordinate with transporters.
• Support billing and general administrative tasks, including invoicing.
• Follow up on delays and discrepancies to keep shipments on track.
