Job summary

PSA BDP, a member of the PSA Group, is seeking an On-Site International Logistics Specialist to strengthen Ocean Export Services and drive efficiency. You will analyze processes, define improvements, and support pricing, costing, and training initiatives.

You will build relationships with customers and internal teams, lead weekly meetings with suppliers and carriers, and ensure regulatory compliance while onboarding new sites and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–5 years of operational experience in freight forwarding environment or supply chain in MNC.
• Proficient with operational systems and visibility applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with external customers and within PSA BDP operations and other company functional groups.
• Lead engagement with customer suppliers and business groups ensuring minimal disruption to export cargo flow.
• Lead weekly virtual meetings with customers and vendors (Ocean Carrier, Dray Providers, Shipping Sites).
• Perform business and process analysis using data from internal systems and external sources; provide observations and ideas.
• Participate in process improvement teams and take a lead role on projects when appropriate.
• Provide ad hoc analytical services to assist in problem solving and crisis situations.
• Produce reports and graphics for internal and external customers.
• Propose ideas with substance to create value and anticipate questions and concerns.
• Lead implementation and onboarding of each new site/BU onboarded.
• Work with client to ensure import/export regulatory compliance.
