Job summary

Sin Tai Hing Oyster Sauce Factory Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic International Business Development Executive to expand export markets. This role focuses on customer management, business development, and international travel to build strategic partnerships.

You will develop leads, handle quotations, registrations, shipments, and payments, coordinate with internal teams, and participate in international trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development, preferably in export and the food industry. Fresh Graduate is welcome.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new leads and achieve export sales targets.
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, samples, product registration, shipments, artwork, and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Participate in international trade shows and travel overseas for customer meetings and business development.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
