Job summary

Pico Hub Services Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Project Manager for Special Projects - Events to lead large, high-visibility engagements from concept to live operations. You will manage multi-year, multi-country programmes spanning bid, design, fabrication, logistics, and on-site build.

The role requires handling cross-border teams, complex budgets, and regulatory compliance while maintaining Pico’s reputation on a global stage.

Qualifications

Experience in project management within events/exhibitions/experiential marketing.
Proven ability to lead multi-year, multi-country programmes.
Strong stakeholder management with government bodies, embassies, and multinational clients.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of special projects from bid through close-out.
Develop master project plans with phased timelines and multi-million-dollar budgets.
Lead cross-functional teams across design, fabrication, logistics, and on-site execution across countries.
Oversee budgets, cost tracking, variation orders, and vendor contracts.
Manage regulatory, customs, and site-authority requirements for international venues.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all stages.
Read and interpret technical drawings and translate design into production requirements.
Act as liaison with expo organizers, commissioners, and pavilion teams to resolve issues.
Anticipate and manage risk across long timelines including geopolitical and supply chain risks.
