Job summary

CNMY International, a foreign-based project management consultancy and construction firm, seeks qualified professionals for Design & Build (EPC) and Design & Project Management (EPCM) services in industrial projects. Join a team delivering on international client expectations.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take off quantities, prepare tender documents, manage costs, and support variations, claims, and contracts.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Familiar with PAM contract, FIDIC, JTC, etc.
At least 5 years of experience in QS roles (consulting or contracting).
Honesty and integrity are valued.
Willing to travel domestically if required.

Responsibilities

Take off quantity and prepare tender documents per project needs.
Liaise with client and QS consultant for tender docs for major projects.
Prepare tender strategy and advise client on approach.
Collaborate with Project and Business Development for leads.
Prepare monthly progress claims and payments for contractors/consultants.
Contract administration: cost reports, cashflow, payment forecasts, and related docs.
Assess variations and advise client.
Call quotes to suppliers/sub-contractors.
Control and manage budgets for assigned projects.
Provide value engineering suggestions based on cost data.
Prepare final account.
Attend site meetings/visits for claim verification.
Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
