HIWORK SDN BHD is seeking an organized, hands-on Global EOR Operations Specialist (Process Management) to support and optimize our global employer of record operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and overseas partners to document workflows, maintain SOPs, and ensure timely delivery of onboarding, payroll, changes, and offboarding.

Key duties include developing standards, ensuring consistent execution, monitoring data quality, and covering core processes during team absences.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or related service delivery.
• Experience with EOR or multi-country operations is a plus.
• Ability to turn day-to-day practices into clear procedures and checklists.
