Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a highly skilled Senior Manager, Engineering Program-Project Management to oversee complex NPI projects and high-visibility programs. You will serve as the main interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

You will lead cross-functional global core teams, drive technical execution, manage program finances, and align outputs with business strategies, leveraging extensive NPI/PM experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 12+ years in project management, marketing, or manufacturing.
• Must-Haves: Strong NPI or semiconductor-focused program management knowledge.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
