Job summary

MonetizeMore is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead, scale, and mature our global engineering organization. You will manage a team of Engineering Managers and Software Engineers, ensuring platforms remain scalable, reliable, and secure, while guiding the modernization of our development lifecycle with AI integration.

You will partner with Product Management to drive customer-focused outcomes and establish clear career ladders, autonomy, and accountability across remote pods.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years managing engineering managers.
• Proven track record leading remote, globally distributed teams in SaaS/Ad Tech.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Experience integrating AI into software development processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, scale, and mature the global engineering organization.
• Drive modernization of development lifecycle and AI integration.
• Oversee engineering culture, org design, and cross-functional collaboration with Product.
• Define and monitor metrics to improve delivery velocity and quality.
