Job summary

Mettler-Toledo, Inc. is seeking a Strategic E2E Planner to harmonize global supply chain operations—from raw materials to final delivery—driving a pull-based, demand-driven network and lean inventory across international hubs.

You will lead S&OP processes, manage end-to-end planning, and use ERP/MRP, Excel, Power BI, and SQL/Python for analytics. A 5+ year track record in manufacturing SCM and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-volume, global SCM environment with a track record of improving Inventory Turns.
• Minimum of 5 years planning or supply chain management experience within manufacturing.
• Experience using digital tools to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans that align with customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Monitor and adjust plans in real-time to respond to demand changes and disruptions.
• Lead and orchestrate the monthly End-to-End S&OP process with cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Bridge strategic goals with operational execution to meet AOP targets.
• Use digital tools to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.
• Shift from static safety stock to Dynamic Buffer Management across global hubs.
• Implement and optimize digital solutions for demand forecasting, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Track KPIs such as OTD, ITO, and inventory turnover; identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams; communicate status clearly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and lead initiatives for process/tool improvements.
