Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Strategic E2E Planner is a high‑impact role designed to harmonize global supply‑chain operations. Rather than managing a single node, you will oversee the entire value chain—from raw material availability to final delivery—within our GSCM. You will be a key driver in transitioning our network from a traditional "push" model to a Demand‑Driven (Pull) ecosystem, ensuring lean inventory and superior customer agility.

Key Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑End Planning:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans that align with customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.
    • Monitor and adjust plans in real time to respond to changes in demand, supply‑chain disruptions, and other unforeseen events.
  • S&OP Experience:
    • Lead and orchestrate the monthly End‑to‑End S&OP process, ensuring tight alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive "One Number" consensus.
    • Facilitate Executive S&OP meetings by translating complex supply‑chain data into actionable business insights and strategic scenarios for senior leadership.
    • Bridge the gap between strategic business goals and operational execution, focusing on achieving Financial AOP (Annual Operating Plan) targets.
  • Dynamic Inventory Strategy:
    • Utilize digital tools and technologies to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.
    • Shift from static safety stock to Dynamic Buffer Management, using data‑driven insights to right‑size inventory across global hubs, maximizing cash flow and service levels.
    • Implement and optimizes digital solutions for demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OTD, ITO, and inventory turnover.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance performance.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and supply‑chain teams to ensure alignment on planning objectives and strategies.
    • Communicate planning status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in planning and digital transformation.
    • Lead initiatives to improve planning processes, tools, and systems.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Data Science with a heavy emphasis on Operations Research.
  • Analytical Stack:
    • Expert proficiency in Excel (Solver/VBA) and Power BI/Tableau.
    • Experience with SQL or Python/R for supply‑chain modeling is a distinct advantage.
    • Deep understanding of ERP logic (SAP) and how MRP parameters mathematically interact.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in a high‑volume, global SCM environment with a proven track record of improving Inventory Turns (ITO) through model‑based interventions.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning or supply‑chain management within the manufacturing industry.
    • Proven experience in leveraging digital tools and technologies to drive performance improvements.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
    • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including ERP systems, data analytics software, and project management tools.
    • Fluency in English listening, speaking, and writing.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attributes:
    • A passion for driving efficiency and performance improvements.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Our Offer to You
  • Competitive compensation and benefit package.
  • Possibility to work in an international environment with a multicultural team.
  • Interesting and challenging career in a successful, leading global organization.
  • Trainings and professional development.
