Job summary

WIN SOURCE is seeking an International Sales Representative to build a long-term career in global B2B electronics components supply. You will focus on customer development, RFQ and quotation support, and follow-up, addressing availability and lead-time challenges.

You will work with sales, sourcing, logistics and quality teams to provide value through WIN SOURCE's sourcing capabilities and global reach, engaging with customers across Asia, Europe and North America.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across assigned markets.
Identify potential business opportunities through market research, customer development, industry platforms and consistent follow-up.
Support the complete sales process, including customer communication, RFQ handling, quotation preparation, order follow-up and delivery coordination.
Collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics and quality teams to help customers address shortages, lifecycle transitions, EOL risks, lead-time pressure and cost challenges.
Maintain accurate customer information, opportunity updates, quotation records and CRM data to support long‑term customer development.
Continuously build product knowledge, market awareness and customer communication skills to strengthen sales capability in the electronic components industry.
Support customer meetings, marketing activities and international exhibitions as needed.
