Job summary

WIN SOURCE invites an International Sales Representative to develop and manage global accounts within the electronic components market. You will handle RFQs, quotations and customer communication while leveraging WIN SOURCE’s sourcing and logistics capabilities to ensure supply continuity.

You will work with cross-functional teams to expand international reach, address lead-time challenges and drive long-term value in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or related roles.
• Experience in electronic components or electronics distribution is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Passion for international sales and global market growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across assigned markets.
• Identify potential business opportunities through market research and consistent follow-up.
• Support the complete sales process, including RFQ handling, quotation preparation, order follow-up and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics and quality teams to address shortages and lead-time pressures.
• Maintain accurate customer information, opportunity updates and CRM data.
• Continuously build product knowledge and market awareness to strengthen sales capability.
• Support customer meetings, marketing activities and international exhibitions as needed.
