Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is looking for a Product Data Executive to join its growing global ecommerce team. You will manage product information, content, images, attributes, pricing and catalogue data to ensure accurate online presentation and readiness for launch.

You will collaborate with ecommerce, trading, merchandising and marketing to support data quality, catalog maintenance and timely updates across platforms such as InRiver, Pimcore, Salsify, Shopify and SAP Commerce Hybris.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce product data, content or catalog management.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with large product catalogs and digital content.
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product information across ecommerce platforms.
• Prepare products for online launch and publication.
• Maintain product descriptions, specifications, attributes, categories and imagery.
• Review and validate product data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support price changes, product updates and catalogue maintenance activities.
• Identify and resolve product data issues before they impact customers.
• Conduct regular data quality audits and validation checks.
• Partner with ecommerce, trading, merchandising and marketing teams.
• Support ongoing improvements to product data processes and standards.
