Job summary

EPOS Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Content Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur to manage product listings and maintain catalog quality. You will collaborate with Commercial, Product, Merchant Success, and Operations teams to onboard new products and monitor SKU health.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large volumes of product data accurately.
• Experience in reviewing titles, descriptions, images, pricing and attributes for consistency.
• Moderate product listings to ensure policy and marketplace compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product listing creation, updates, and maintenance across the EPOS platform.
• Review product content (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, attributes) for accuracy and consistency.
• Moderate listings to comply with EPOS policies and marketplace guidelines.
• Monitor catalog health, identify duplicates, missing information, or incorrect categorisation.
• Assist with merchant onboarding by publishing products accurately and on time.
• Perform regular catalog quality audits and resolve content-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product data quality and catalog operations.
• Assist with new product launches and bulk SKU uploads.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to boost efficiency.
