Addiction Pet Foods is seeking an experienced E-commerce Growth Lead to steer growth of our online business across global markets. You will drive revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels while leading a high‑performing global team.

The role demands strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and strong analytical capabilities to translate targets into market-level action plans and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, marketplace management or online retail.
• 2–3 years of experience leading or managing an e-commerce team.
• Experience growing revenue while managing profitability and CAC.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global e‑commerce growth strategy across key markets.
• Drive revenue, contribution profit, customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Lead growth across marketplaces and DTC channels with emphasis on profitability.
• Coordinate market-specific plans and align cross-functional teams for execution.
• Own reporting, forecasts and performance reviews to inform decisions.
