About the Job

We’re Hiring: E-commerce & Performance Marketing Lead

Addiction Pet Foods is looking for a commercially driven and data-focused E-commerce & Performance Marketing Lead to lead our online growth across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and performance marketing channels.

This role will own e-commerce sales growth, paid media performance, marketplace optimization, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and digital campaign execution while protecting our premium brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead e-commerce growth strategy across marketplaces and D2C channels.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns and media budget efficiency.
• Drive ROAS, CAC, conversion, retention, and online sales growth.
• Optimize marketplace stores, product listings, campaigns, and promotions.
• Build CRM, retention, and customer lifecycle programs.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and agency partners.

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, performance marketing, or growth marketing
• Strong experience in marketplaces, D2C, paid media, and campaign planning
• Background in FMCG, pet care, beauty, health, nutrition, retail, or premium consumer brands is preferred
• Strong commercial mindset, data discipline, and hands‑on execution capability
