Job summary

Addiction Pet Foods seeks a Senior Marketing Manager (Trade & Consumer Marketing) to lead integrated brand growth across modern trade, general trade, pet specialty, and e-commerce. • 5+ years of marketing experience with strong exposure to Trade Marketing and Consumer Marketing.
• Proven track record in retail promotions and consumer campaigns.
• Experience cross-functionally with Sales/Key Accounts and managing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build annual Trade Marketing Plan aligned to targets and channels.
• Develop channel-specific programs (promos, bundles, merchandising).
• Lead joint business planning with Key Accounts/Sales and ensure in-market execution.
• Define trade promo mechanics and ensure readiness (briefs, POSM, tracking).
• Own consumer campaign planning from insight to execution and ROI.
