MR DIY International seeks a Data Analytics Lead to turn data into decisions, owning the analytics layer atop our pipelines. You will drive BI, reporting, advanced analytics, and self-service enablement for leaders, store ops, and business units across MR DIY's multi-country footprint.

This hands-on leadership role defines the analytics agenda, partners with Data Engineering and the Digital Transformation team, and grows an analytics function scalable across MR DIY's global operations.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in data-related field.
• 8+ years in data analytics/BI, 3+ years in leadership.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and SQL; cloud familiarity.
• Proven track record delivering analytics influencing decisions and value.
• Data modelling, metric layers, data quality principles.
• Experience with data eng/science teams in modern data environment.
• Excellent communication, storytelling-with-data and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Enterprise/Retail/e-commerce a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own BI and reporting ecosystem; establish metrics and single source of truth.
• Oversee development of executive, operational, and self-service dashboards.
• Lead descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics with business impact.
• Partner with data science to operationalise models and ensure adoption.
• Champion experimentation and measurement for evidence-based decisions.
• Define data quality expectations and governance in collaboration with Data Engineering.
• Build self-service analytics capability and promote data literacy.
• Engage stakeholders across units and communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Lead and grow analytics team and enforce best practices.
