Job summary
Experian Asia Pacific is seeking a Director to lead the Malaysia Global Delivery Centre Operations and Strategy, translating enterprise strategy into scalable capabilities and measurable value. You will align engineering, portfolio delivery and centre operations, improving service reliability, governance, and capacity planning.

Qualifications
- 10–14 years of experience in Global Delivery Centre, shared services or technology operations
- Strong technical grounding in software engineering, infrastructure, platform engineering or IT operations
- Proven programme leadership delivering complex transformation or infrastructure initiatives
- Executive and commercial judgement to guide decisions for senior stakeholders
- Enterprise change leadership across functions, regions and reporting lines
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering governance with prioritised roadmaps and measurable adoption
- Drive GDC operations and growth, improving service performance and continuity
- Improve engineering performance using operational, financial and engineering data to set targets
- Lead capacity and expansion plans aligning workforce, infrastructure, investment and budgets
- Drive executive alignment through briefings and stakeholder engagement
