Happiest Minds Technologies, an AI-first, customer-centric digital engineering and IT services company, seeks senior delivery leaders in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on transitioning and consolidating multi-country delivery, including knowledge transfer, dual running, and cutover across locations.

With 12+ years in technology delivery or programme leadership, you will defend business cases with Finance, manage financial targets, and engage CIO/CTO-level sponsors.

Formación

• GCC, GBS or shared services experience is the most important requirement.
• Hands-on transition of application support or engineering work between locations including knowledge transfer, dual running and cutover.
• Ownership of a multi-country programme with financial targets, including building and defending the business case with Finance.
• Credibility with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.
• An insurance or financial services background is a plus.
• 12+ years of experience in technology delivery, transformation or programme leadership across multiple countries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute transition activities across locations, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and cutover.
• Manage end-to-end programme delivery with financial targets and governance.
• Defend and optimize the business case with finance and senior stakeholders.
• Engage CIO/CTO-level sponsors and drive alignment across regions.
