Job summary

The Director, Global Delivery Centre Operations & Strategy in Malaysia will lead the GDC through its next growth phase, translating enterprise strategy into scalable capabilities, reliable service delivery and measurable value.

You will report to the Head of EMAP Digital Infrastructure and Managing Director, GDC Malaysia, aligning engineering, portfolio delivery and centre operations to

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience in a Global Delivery Centre, shared services or technology operations, including at least three years in a senior role.
• Strong technical grounding in software engineering, infrastructure, platform engineering or IT operations.
• Proven programme leadership delivering complex transformation across interdependent workstreams.
• Executive and commercial judgement guiding decisions, priorities and investments for senior stakeholders.
• Enterprise change leadership to align teams and adopt new capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Malaysia Global Delivery Centre through its next phase of growth, translating enterprise strategy into scalable capabilities and measurable value.
• Align engineering, portfolio delivery and centre operations to improve service reliability and performance.
• Drive capacity planning, governance and risk management with clear accountability for cost and results.
• Develop and executive alignment through briefings and stakeholder engagement.
• Scale reusable engineering capabilities across cloud, DevSecOps, automation, AI and security to reduce duplication.
