Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customs Brokerage
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily import and export customs clearance activities.
• Liaise with customers, Customs authorities, government agencies, carriers, and internal teams on clearance-related matters.
• Track shipment status and follow up on permits and operational exceptions.
• Ensure timely submission of customs-related documents and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate and resolve shipment, clearance, and documentation issues.
• Prepare operational reports and shipment status updates.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of customs documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders via email, telephone, and meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
