You will coordinate forecasts, scheduling, and invoicing across teams in China, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring timely settlements and data-driven logistics planning. English proficiency and trade knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Engineering/IB or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong understanding of international trade practices and regulations.
• Ability to conduct analytical research and deliver executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, managing end-to-end order processing and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze forecasts and inventory to develop strategic shipping plans and optimize data processing for supply chain operations.
• Resolve inquiries and manage sample requests with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee production scheduling for customer orders and manage logistics including booking, shipping, and invoicing.
• Execute accurate monthly financial settlements for overseas warehouses following corporate guidelines.
• Monitor weekly shipping manifests to forecast future sales and inventory requirements.
• Maintain prompt professional email communications within SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-regional meetings with teams in China, Europe, and the Americas and provide actionable updates.
• Perform additional strategic and operational duties as assigned by leadership.
