Qualifications

• 1–3 years of procurement, supply chain coordination, or inventory management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin a plus.
• Ability to interpret chemical specifications and molecule data to source correct raw materials.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders in the ERP system and track shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and lead times to ensure supply continuity.
• Coordinate with R&D or Quality teams to vet new chemical suppliers.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Track supplier performance using OTIF and defect rate KPIs.
