Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management or related areas.
• Strong written and verbal English; Mandarin preferred for liaising with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to drive project progress.
• Manage customer expectations, escalations, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain executive program dashboards and status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and QA.
• Ensure alignment of requirements and timely delivery of milestones.
• Travel locally and internationally as needed to meet customers onsite.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation of requirements, changes, and communications.
