Job summary

Rapid Manufacturing Connectivity in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia, invites applications for a Program Manager, Assistant to support daily activities and manage an existing customer base. You will assist in order processing, extensive verbal and email communications with multiple departments and customers/vendors, and help ensure top-tier customer care.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with 1–2 years in customer service and a background in business administration.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service or call center preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience working with OEMs or CM's is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional and personal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business admin or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales account manager in day-to-day management of assigned accounts and communicate customer inventory demands to Rapid teams to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Conduct extensive order entry per standard guidelines.
• Manage daily production reports for the assigned territory.
• Coordinate activities between operations, production, accounting, issuing and shipping to provide high levels of customer care.
• Use e-mail daily to communicate with other departments, vendors and customers.
• Manage daily/weekly reschedule requests and Open Order Report to ensure 100% OTD and customer satisfaction.
