Job summary

Razer is looking for a CA Operations Intern to support customer advocacy operations for Razer Gold and Razer Silver, assisting with ticket investigations, escalation tracking, rewards program operations, and post-campaign fulfilment activities.

The role also involves maintaining SOPs, reviewing processes for efficiencies, and collaborating with Customer Support, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Customer Experience, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to organize information, maintain documentation, and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in customer experience, digital wallets, rewards programs, and operational excellence.
• Ability to commit to at least 4 months of internship will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining customer-centric platforms, processes, and training materials supporting Razer Gold and Razer Silver operations.
• Support investigations and resolution of customer advocacy (CA) enquiries and support tickets under supervision.
• Monitor and track escalations across internal teams, business units, and external partners to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Support loyalty rewards program operations, including voucher fulfilment, and campaign execution activities.
• Assist with post-campaign prize fulfilment activities, including winner verification, communications, and reward distribution.
• Review operational processes and SOPs, identifying opportunities for standardization, documentation improvements, and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders on customer experience initiatives and operational projects.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned to support business objectives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
