Job summary

Prudential Malaysia seeks a seasoned Core PAS Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery, modernization, and operational excellence for Core Policy Administration System (PAS), with a strong LifeAsia focus. You will lead global delivery teams across development, integration, testing, and production support, aligning with business transformation objectives.

Qualifications

15+ years in technology delivery with leadership in life insurance.
Strong hands-on LifeAsia experience and PAS knowledge.
Experience leading large-scale PAS programs across geographies.
Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and transformation programs.
Knowledge of cloud, APIs, AI/automation, and data-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead global delivery teams across development, integration, testing, and production support for Core PAS.
Own end-to-end delivery modernization roadmap for Core PAS (LifeAsia).
Drive digital transformation leveraging cloud technologies, AI, APIs, and automation.
Ensure delivery quality, governance, risk, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with business leaders, architects, and vendors to define priorities.
Manage large-scale programs, budgets, and vendor performance.
Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering excellence.
Oversee production support and platform stability.
Drive modernization of legacy platforms and integrations.
Establish metrics and governance to improve delivery value.
