Sanofi in Malaysia seeks a Controlling Operations Hub Team Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes for GTN and OPEX across multiple markets. You will lead a high‑performing ContOps team, partner with GBU Finance Partners, and ensure compliant, timely financial planning and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in finance controlling, strong stakeholder management, and ability to operate in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience leading service delivery in finance controlling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage international stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Knowledge of Sanofi technology platforms and controls.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for budgeting, forecasting, and closing in ContOps.
• Monitor hub service delivery and KPI targets across countries.
• Collaborate with GBU Finance Partners and Budget Owners to drive forecasts and budgets.
