Job summary

Swarovski Group in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Team Leader Controlling Operations to lead a Controlling team, drive reporting excellence, and partner with Finance stakeholders globally. The role focuses on controlling processes, governance, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work setup.

You will oversee a team of 6+ people, drive automation, and ensure high-quality financial reporting and insights for decision makers across the group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Finance/Controlling/FP&A or Reporting.
• Hands-on SAP FI/CO experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, SAP BW or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Controlling Operations Team (≈6+ people).
• Ensure timely delivery of recurring controlling, reporting and closing activities.
• Oversee accuracy and quality of management reporting and analytics.
• Act as operational interface with Controlling Managers and stakeholders.
• Drive standardization, automation and productivity improvements.
• Maintain controls, governance, and process documentation.
• Support transformation and adoption of new processes and tools.
