Swarovski Global Business Services Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Team Leader Controlling Operations in Penang, Malaysia. You will lead a Controlling Operations team, manage recurring activities, and partner with global finance stakeholders to drive performance and process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in Finance/Controlling, SAP FI/CO, and strong BI/Excel capabilities. A hybrid work model and global collaboration with cross-border teams are offered.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in finance, Controlling, FP&A or related areas.
• Strong FP&A, management accounting, budgeting and reporting knowledge; SAP FI/CO experience.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) and advanced Excel (VBA).
• Proven track record in process improvements, automation and LEAN.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Controlling Operations team (6+ people).
• Ensure timely delivery of controlling, reporting and closing activities.
• Oversee management reporting and analytics quality for stakeholders.
• Partner with Controlling Managers and global finance stakeholders.
• Drive standardization, automation and process improvements.
• Maintain controls and governance, ensure policy compliance.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and adoption of new tools.
