Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Controlling Operations Financial Analyst for Personnel Cost M&S in our Kuala Lumpur Finance Hub. You will manage monthly closings, develop forecasts, and drive improvements in financial processes across Manufacturing & Supply.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in personnel costs, budgeting, and SOX compliance, and will collaborate with Finance Business Partners globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• Solid background in financial controlling with personnel cost management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and close processes.
• Strong English communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial closing for personnel costs with accuracy and SOX compliance.
• Develop and maintain personnel cost forecasts; track actuals vs. budget and provide guidance.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and management commentary.
• Monitor headcount movements and data integrity across platforms.
• Deliver personnel cost reporting for M&S, GBU and Corporate Functions; partner with FP&A teams.
• Support global transformation projects related to Controlling Operations and process improvements.
