Job summary

Cromwell is seeking a Compliance & Shipping Administrator/Assistant to support compliant and efficient distribution activities across storage, import and export. You will oversee customs and shipping documentation, maintain inventory records and ensure licensing, processes and Health & Safety standards are followed.

Strong IT skills, attention to detail and English communication are essential as you collaborate with warehouses, agents and internal teams to move goods safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience producing essential shipping documents (invoices, packing lists).
• Knowledge of IATA and IMDG regulations; current certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure licences are valid and follow terms across compliance and processes.
• Book goods in/out and maintain accurate inventory data and PKFZ customs records.
• Prepare shipments with correct picking, packing and labelling per regulations.
• Produce shipping docs (invoices, packing lists, DG notes, packing lists) for customs and shipping.
• Coordinate with shipping agents and partners to arrange air/sea freight and clearance.
• Handle shipping enquiries, audits and compliance requests and support improvements.
