Job summary

Singtel KL Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Commercial Executive to support pricing and commercial activities for enterprise customers, partnering with Sales and key stakeholders to develop competitive customer propositions.

We are looking for someone with 3+ years in IT or telecommunications, strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Economics or related.
• 3+ years in IT or telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Commercial Support for mobile, roaming, mobility solutions and IoT for Enterprise.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements and develop pricing strategies.
• Ensure proposed pricing aligns with pricing strategy and target margins.
• Provide discounts per empowerment framework and refer matters requiring higher approval.
