Job summary

Li Auto Inc. seeks a senior marketer to drive overseas channel development. You will deeply understand overseas distribution, design channel layouts, and establish a mature expansion system.

Lead strategy development, set annual channel targets, and build comprehensive channel management processes to ensure standardized operations. You will identify risks in overseas expansion and formulate proactive responses, collaborating across teams to align with the company’s global strategy and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with strong English writing skills.
• 5+ years in marketing management including dealership/channel experience in automotive OEMs.
• Familiar with automotive sales operations and processes.
• Strong planning, decision-making, analysis, coordination and PR abilities.

Responsibilities

• Channel planning: understand overseas channels, map layouts and establish a mature overseas channel system.
• Channel strategy: develop expansion strategies, define channel positioning and development direction.
• Annual plans for channel numbers, distribution, scale, and policy/process planning.
• Create channel management systems, entry and rating standards, cooperation models, and terms.
• Regularly evaluate to improve channel efficiency and sales performance.
• Identify and manage risks (market, cooperation, legal) and formulate response strategies.
