Job summary

Prometric is seeking an entry-level customer service professional for the Global Candidate Services team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves assisting candidates through the testing process, interfacing with clients and test sites, and maintaining high service and quality metrics.

Candidates should have at least SPM or a Diploma; English and Korean communication skills are essential. The position requires rotational shifts, including weekends and nights, in a dynamic contact center environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent written and spoken Korean.
• Ability to empathize and remain professional during all interactions.
• Willingness to work on rotational shift, including weekends/public holidays and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist candidates with all aspects of the testing process from registration to test delivery.
• Interface between candidates, clients and test sites in a professional and efficient manner.
• Achieve and maintain all key quality and productivity metrics.
• Escalate unresolved candidate grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Respond to incoming chats, emails, and calls within a specified timeframe according to company guidelines.
• Maintain excellent reliability with minimal unplanned absences as per company guidelines.
• Attend required training to continually learn knowledge of practices, procedures, policies and clients.
• Communicate and participate in team meetings to share best practices and flag issues to the Team Manager.
• Meet agreed objectives enabling corporate goals to be achieved.
• Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Manager or Management Team.
