BS/MS degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
10+ years of semiconductor backend experience including management of backend deliverables.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of cross-location collaboration.
Ability to travel 0–25%.

Responsibilities

Coordinate tasks across design, implementation, layout, DFT, mixed-signal development, and CAD/flow teams.
Adapt to new technology nodes while ensuring quality across legacy and current nodes.
Collaborate with multi-time-zone cross-functional teams across various domains.
Plan and track tasks across IP/SOC development, CAD flow, vendor tools, and post-silicon test ecosystems.
Establish and facilitate risk management for new projects with internal stakeholders.
Conduct periodic status meetings and align inter-team tasks.
Present status to internal and external customers and relay feedback to engineering teams.
Ensure goals for customer satisfaction and quality are met.
