Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. seeks a seasoned Program Manager to coordinate IP and SOC development across Design, Implementation, DFT, Layout, CAD, and Mixed Signal teams.

You will manage tasks across multiple time zones, drive vendor tool deployments, and ensure high-quality deliverables in cutting-edge technology nodes. You will establish risk management processes, lead status reviews, and align teams toward common objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success across global

Qualifications

BS/MS degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
10+ years of semiconductor experience including backend deliverables.
Experience with Synthesis/DFT/Layout/Physical Verification/Flow Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective team player and able to lead multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate tasks across IP and SOC development with cross-functional teams.
Plan, develop and track tasks across CAD flow, vendor tools deployment and Post-Si test ecosystem.
Establish risk management for new projects and drive objectives with internal stakeholders.
Lead periodic meetings to align inter-team tasks and present status to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and quality targets are met.
