Qualifikationen

• BS/MS degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 10+ years of semiconductor experience including backend deliverables.
• Experience with Synthesis/DFT/Layout/Physical Verification/Flow Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective team player and able to lead multi-location teams.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate tasks across IP and SOC development with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, develop and track tasks across CAD flow, vendor tools deployment and Post-Si test ecosystem.
• Establish risk management for new projects and drive objectives with internal stakeholders.
• Lead periodic meetings to align inter-team tasks and present status to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality targets are met.
