PM ACCESS WORLD (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an Operations Specialist, Customer Logistics - Billing (AR/AP) to support billing, job costing and vendor invoicing from our Pasir Gudang, Johor office.

This contract-based role focuses on accuracy, timely processing, and effective communication with customers and internal teams. You will perform AR/AP tasks, support month-end processes, and ensure adherence to payment timelines while maintaining high data quality across ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma/Certificate or Degree with relevant experience.
• Strong in AR/AP accounting and financial reconciliations.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and email communications.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth billings and job costings for customer accounts.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and perform system adjustments as needed.
• Ensure timely vendor billings and on-schedule payments.
• Prepare Receiver Reports for Customer Service submissions.
• Process updates to accounts and request system PA creations.
• Handle Credit Control activities for customer payments.
