Job summary

EB Frozen Food Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Kedah, is seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager/Manager to drive sales strategies and expand international distribution. You will lead a team, manage distributor partnerships, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on new launches.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in business development, with preference for F&B/export experience, and strong English/Mandarin communication. Travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in business development.
• Experience in F&B industry or export markets preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute business strategies to attain sales and profitability targets while optimizing expenditure.
• Devise actionable plans for effective international sales lead generation and prospecting.
• Foster productive relationships with key distributors within the assigned region and seek new partnerships.
• Provide distributors with technical and marketing information, including proposals and presentations.
• Oversee overall sales operations and report market trends and opportunities.
• Lead and guide a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to ensure brand consistency.
