Job summary

BEIJING XINGHUA ADVISORY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead cross-border audit and IPO advisory engagements across Malaysia, Hong Kong, Mainland China and the USA. You will drive engagement quality and work with regional teams to deliver high standards.

The role requires 4+ years in audit, a degree in accounting/finance, and membership in MICPA/ACCA/ICAEW/MIA/CPA Australia. Travel overseas is expected as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Accounting/Finance and professional membership.
• Minimum 4 years of audit/assurance experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
• Prior experience in an international CPA firm is strongly preferred.
• Strong command of English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese to interface with regional clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage audit, assurance, financial reporting, and IPO advisory engagements across international jurisdictions (Malaysia, Hong Kong, Mainland China and the USA).
• Guide, mentor, and review working papers of engagement teams to maintain high professional standards.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and partner directly with firm leadership on strategic advisory assignments.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision, driving engagement efficiency and quality assurance.
