Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia seeks an Expense & Concur Administrator to oversee end-to-end employee expense processes, manage corporate card programs and deliver training on expense policies. You will implement expense strategies across regions, drive process improvements and act as a key liaison between finance operations, employees and external providers.

Strong analytical skills and Concur/SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• One year experience using Concur; SAP experience is a valuable asset.
• Concur administration skills, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Proven experience in expense management and manual posting processes.
• Strong ability to partner with business units to ensure governance and drive adoption of policies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with international vendor management, stakeholders, and employees.
• Experience in implementing process changes across a global organization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially when handling sensitive information.
• Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
