Job summary

Responsibilities

• Executes flight movement alerts and prepares flight documentation; follows up on non-conforming shipments.
• Prepares paperwork for CAL and Network flights.
• Provides information to airlines on weights and lodgment times.
• Chases delayed or missing material by liaising with airlines.
• Investigates tracing requests, manifests flights and other export aspects.
• Maintains pre-printed HUID labels with profile.
• Supports in general ops paperwork and OPS administration requirements.
• Manages shipments in HIC.
• Updates damaged/lost-content shipments in security system.
• Updates NMIV, CALMS, UAS, OURS & RUM.
• Finalizes NOTOC in RCTS for DG and submits MAWB to Airline & GHA.
