Qualifications

• Proven track record of scaling digital acquisition or engagement with measurable outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of paid channels, organic search, social media, and conversion.
• Hands-on use of generative AI, automation, or AI agents to improve workflows.
• Strong knowledge of modern FinTech, digital asset ecosystems, and internet-native financial products.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute international digital growth strategies aligned with market priorities and outcomes.
• Build diversified acquisition engines across paid media, organic discovery, content, community and product-led growth.
• Lead AI-enabled growth model development across research, creative, localization, experimentation and reporting.
• Own the digital growth roadmap from discovery to activation, optimizing the customer journey.
