Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing Growth & Intelligence to oversee digital marketing operations, social media performance, and AI-enabled content initiatives. You will work with branding and business units to execute integrated campaigns and strengthen the company’s digital presence.

The role focuses on amplifying branding initiatives, automating workflows, and delivering data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, branding, digital media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing, social media, or integrated marketing experience.
• Experience supporting brand campaigns and digital activations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute integrated digital campaigns across social media and paid media.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies to boost engagement and brand consistency.
• Oversee day-to-day management of EcoWorld’s digital and social media channels.
• Lead AI-enabled content ideation, copywriting, and video creation to improve efficiency.
• Plan automation workflows for reporting, scheduling, and lead nurturing.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
