BD Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior General Ledger & Accounting Governance leader to drive standardization and governance across multiple ERP environments and regions. The role emphasizes journal entry oversight, balance sheet integrity, and robust financial reporting with strong internal controls.

The incumbent will partner with BPO, Corporate Controllership, and RSO, delivering guidance on complex accounting treatments and transforming processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum BA/BS Degree in Accounting.
• 8–10 years’ experience in Accounting or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Experience leading regional/global accounting teams.

• Provide operational leadership of the general ledger across ERP environments and regions.
• Review journal entries ensuring accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Oversee reconciliation, prepayments, accruals, and amortization schedules to ensure financial integrity.
• Manage region/global reporting deliverables and internal controls.
