Job summary

Vuly Play is seeking a German-speaking Performance Marketing Specialist to join our satellite team in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive data-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms, optimizing for ROAS while managing budgets and collaborating with global teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in performance marketing, fluent German, and strong analytics skills. You will work with the marketing and creative teams to scale campaigns and support a leading outdoor play equipment brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Fluency in German.
• Strong skills in Google Ads (Search/Display/Video/Pmax) and Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage monthly ad budgets and allocate spend across channels.
• Monitor ROAS, CPC, impression share and conversions; optimize accordingly.
• Develop and implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
• Create weekly/monthly performance reports with insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global marketing and design teams to improve creatives and ad efficiency.
