Job summary

GeoSepakat Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking dedicated individuals to join our geotechnical team in Malaysia.

The successful candidate will assist Project Directors/Managers in day-to-day planning and on-site execution, review drawings, monitor subcontractors, and ensure compliance with design requirements. Travel to project sites across Peninsular and East Malaysia is required. Applicants should possess a recognised Civil Engineering qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree) and

Qualifications

Possess a recognised Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good personality and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist and report to Project Director / Project Manager in day-to-day project planning and implementation and ensure compliance with technical aspects.
Support, lead, supervise and monitor each team / subcontractors to meet proposed schedule.
Study drawings and specifications to ensure design compliance; prepare site conditions for smooth execution.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers on site progress and technical matters; attend site meetings.
Monitor supply of construction materials, machinery maintenance, and control wastage by subcontractors.
Ensure safety measures are observed at site; report project progress daily.
